How many diets have you tried? Were they successful? Did you gain the weight back or keep it off? Have you noticed that the first 3 letters in the word Diet are D-I-E.? Studies have shown that some people feel like they are going to “die” when they choose a limited, restricted, no fun diet plan to follow. There are so many diets out there today that will advertise instant results; and it can be difficult trying to understand which one will help you reach your specific goals.

 

If you are traveling without a final destination in mind or a guide, how will you be able to determine if you have reached your goals? Be sure to use resources available to you such as the internet, library, and local bookstore to fully research and understand the program you are going to start.
